Ingredientes: bacalao, ajos tiernos, calabacín baby con su flor, judías verdes, semillas de amapola y mermelada pimiento rojo.
El festival se compone de dos piezas. La prinera con foie y mermelada de vino y la segunda blinis con mouse de foie con frutos rojos (frambuesa y arándanos) y mermelada de fresa. Receta ofrecida por Restaurantes Los Fogones del Gourmet, San Javier.
